Temperature-controlled healthcare & pharma delivery
Pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare products often have narrow temperature limits. We move case and pallet freight in refrigerated vans and box trucks, chilled or frozen, from San Diego and Los Angeles to local sites or anywhere in the US.

Who it’s for
Case and pallet freight that needs a cold vehicle
- Pharmaceutical distributors and wholesalers
- Biotech and life-science companies in San Diego and LA
- Hospital, clinic, and pharmacy supply
- Lab supplies and reagents that must stay chilled or frozen
Our best fit is freight that fills cases or pallets. For single specimen pickups or STAT lab runs, a medical courier service is usually the better choice.

Requirements
Plain answers about compliance
We don’t advertise GDP or GxP certification. If your product requires a qualified carrier under a quality agreement, send the requirements before you book and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet them.
Many shippers include their own data logger with the load. If your quality team supplies a logger or a shipping SOP, send it with the quote request and we will confirm what we can follow. Temperature and location updates during the run are available on request.

What is pharmaceutical temperature-controlled transport?
Moving medicines, biologics, and related supplies in a vehicle that holds the temperature range on the product label, commonly 2–8°C for refrigerated products or frozen for others.
Can you hold 2–8°C?
Yes. 2–8°C (36–46°F) is within our −20°F to ambient range. Give us the exact range on the label, and we set the unit to it.
Are you GDP certified?
We don’t advertise GDP or GxP certification. Tell us your requirements up front, and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.
Do you provide medical specimen courier service?
Our focus is case and pallet freight in refrigerated vans and box trucks. For individual specimen pickups and STAT lab work, a dedicated medical courier is usually a better fit.
Can I get temperature records for a delivery?
Temperature and location updates are available on request during the run. If you need a continuous downloadable record, include your own data logger with the load and let us know.
